Arbaaz Khan takes a legal action against film director Abhinav Kashyap for targeting Salman's family
Dabangg director Abhinav Kashyap has created a stir on the internet leaving Salman Khan fans unimpressed as he called out the actor's charity organisation, Being Human, and said that it is ‘just a show off’ and a front for money laundering. The director penned his thoughts on Facebook and called out the actor. Now, Salman's brother, Arbaaz Khan, has reacted to the same.
In an interview, Arbaaz said that legal action has been taken against Abhinav.
"We have taken legal action and have also complained to the film association. We would like to go that way, not interested in fighting this any other way... We are doing what we think is the best way to address this.”, the actor told Hindustan Times.
For the uninitiated, Abhinav had previously shared an Fb post, wherein he claimed that the charity being done by Being Human is just a show-off and demanded a probe into the same.
His post on Facebook read, "Janaab Salim Khan ka sabse bada idea hai Being Human. Being Human ki charity mahaj ek dikhava hai... 'Dabangg' ki shooting ke dauran meri ankhon ke samne panch cycle bantti thi... Agle din akhbaron mein chhapta tha danveer Salman Khan ne 500 cycle gareebon mein baanti.. Saari koshish Salman Khan ki gunde mawali wali chhabi sudharne ki thi taaki inke tamaam criminal court cases mein media aur judge inpar thodi riyayat barte (Being Human is the biggest idea of Mr Salim Khan. The charity of Being Human is just a show off. During the shooting of Dabangg, five cycles were distributed in front of my eyes. The next day it would be out on the newspapers that Salman Khan has distributed 500 cycles among the poor. This was an attempt to change Salman Khan's image as a goon, to influence the media and judge in his criminal court cases)."
He had earlier said that the Khan brothers had bullied and sabotaged his career. While Arbaaz is taking the legal route, Salman and Arbaaz’s father Salim Khan had said that the claims were not worth his time.
